Project : Dubai Airports (DXB & DWC) - Cleaning & Trolley ServicesAs a HSEQ Lead, currently managing Health & Safety of 1100+ staffs across DA Project sites - DXB & DWC. Am responsible to support the operations in order to maintain and continually improve the safety culture and performance, in line with the company's needs to comply with business objectives in short & long term, as per the contract.- Ensure that the site-specific health & safety documents are updated and up to date- Work closely with the Operations to prepare task specific SOPs & Risk Assessments- To report the incidents on FARNEK & Dubai Airport HSSE System- To conduct incident investigation, prepare the investigation reports along with the Corrective Actions- Conduct Site inspections & prepare the monthly HSEQ Audit Reports- To participate in client Audits – KPI Compliance, Airport Council International (ACI), GIARA- Conduct hazard and risk assessments on site, ensuring that appropriate control measures in place- To ensure that the emergency response procedures, team, tools & equipments are available on site- Apply for Permit to work (PTW) and Fire Alarm disabling permits (FADP) for special tasks- To conduct safety trainings on site and induction trainings for the new joiners

- Involved in health and safety, client engagement and project management- To Prepare the Project Specific Health & Safety Plan, Method of Statements and Risk Assessments- Implementing health and safety procedures at site, carry out inspections and prepare the site reports- To observe the HSE regulation and encouraging safe working practices

- To conduct the Project site visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi- To prepare the Project Specific Health & Safety Plan, Method of Statements and Risk Assessments- To prepare the Project Specific HSE Statistics Report- To promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors- Comply with the Company HSE procedures and policies- Prepare the pre-qualifications, HSE report, tenders, quotations based on the client requirements and ensuring all aspects of the project are included, covering all the scope of work

• Involved in end to end Recruitment which includes creating Requisition in Taleo, requirements discussion, market intelligence, resume screening, sourcing, interview scheduling, preparation of salary & hiring approvals, salary negotiations, Offer roll outs and on-boarding.• To source the profile through different sources from Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Internal Job Postings and Employee Referrals.• To schedule the Telephonic, Video Call / WebEx & Face To Face Interviews • To follow-up with the Panels to get the resume screening feedback and interview feedback. • To conduct the HR Interviews of the candidates who are selected by the Technical Panel.• To send Offer Proposals, Negotiate on the offer, Offer Roll-outs and On-boarding Formalities. • To mentor the junior associates on various aspects of Recruitment.• To initiate the background verification checks for the candidates.

• Managed end to end Recruitment for Energy & Utilities and A&IM Vertical for India and US• Involved in end to end Recruitment for India and US Hiring which includes requirements discussion, resume screening, sourcing, interview scheduling, preparation of salary & hiring approvals, salary negotiations and Offer roll outs. • To have discussion with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirement. • To source the profiles through Wipro Candidate Database (Synergy), Job Portals and Referrals.• To interact with Global Sourcing Team and Central Sourcing Team on daily basis to ensure that the Team is able to source the profiles as per the requirement.• To take Offer Approval from the Function Head / Divisional Resource Manager.• To roll out the offer from Synergy, post receiving the Offer Approval.

• To visit the clients to develop a good understanding of client companies and requirements.• Handled the clients – IBM, HCL, SAP Labs, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Cognizant, Cap Gemini, Manthan Systems, Wipro, First Source, AXA, Misys and Siemens.• To arrange the walk-in for the exclusive client requirements on weekdays and weekends.• Worked towards the targets to ensure maximum number of candidates are selected and join.• To source the candidates from Database, References, Job Portals and Headhunting.• Submitting the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report to the Manager• Deputed at IBM, Bangalore for 2 months for the exclusive hiring of Data warehousing requirements.
