Reduce customer claim to below 0.5% •Making sure all SOP`s for Fabric procedures, sewing and washing units to avoiding all types of quality issues in Washing. And Check proper relaxation of fabrics and other material.•Review and Develop of Quality control checklists, SOP, Manual and Quality KPIs to smooth operational flaws and minimize lead time & cost.•Communicate with buyers to create new garment specs and collaborating to determine best fabric and trim combinations, participating in pre- production fittings and management of comments & size charts to pattern & production team.•Analyze and rate vendor performance on various quality parameters and production efficiency.•Implement a ‘Right First Time’ (RFT) approach to quality that drives supplier ownership, efficient process and product quality improvements. •Improving the customer proposition through the implementation of a gated development process.•Doing Periodic audit in laboratories and Co-ordinate with Lab and accumulate update data of required test.

-Audit & Follow up on QS (H&M Quality system).- Perform Product Audit (PA) for self-reliant supplier.- Successfully done self-reliant project by analyzing factories complexity level and capability and train them to understand the related Concept. Gap analysis all quality related KPI`s set and set improvement plan. -Create focus on customer claims, Stopped Order.- Escalate supplier’s QMS and RQS level for sustainable quality.- To develop overall quality, Gap analysis of overall quality management system of factory and set corrective action plan. Utilize Quality control principles and problem-solving skills to develop and optimize products/processes that are aligned with the overall Quality and Business vision. - Conducting new factory technical evaluations, Gap analysis and suggest corrective way.- Data Analysis and Make CAP for QPI, SRM (Quality), Customer complain, Shop check result, and stop order.- Set and monitor performance goals and KPI with a view to producing cost savings through productivity, quality, and improved manufacturing processes.- Leading training /workshop for Factory Quality and production team, like- Data analysis, Goal Setting, Root cause analysis & CAP, Gap analysis, 7 Quality tools, Cost of poor quality (COPQ).- Successfully develop project such as `0` Absolute defect, `0`Uncut thread, DHU control, 2nd quality product control & SMART Goal Setting for Department & Individual for key position.- Doing PP Meeting with all concerns for detail discussions regarding construction, attributions, Difficult process, finishing, packaging and product & children safety. - To do final inspection as per H&M manual & Tools, monitoring supplier inspection performance and alert management for any abnormal findings. - Check strictly children safety issues, & lab test issues as required. - Provide technical support & follow up on sample process.
