Visit responsible area retails to check stock coverage & vivo image standard(Branding, Counter Display Standard, Promoter’s grooming)3. Weekly two times need to complete product lifting to dealer house. Receive company lifting quantity & confirm lifting.4. Analysis daily, weekly & monthly sales situation then report to area office.5. Make necessary training plan for promoter to increase sales. (Zero sale promoter online night training, offline night meeting)6. Execute 100% product coverage by Sales Executives & follow up Sales Executive’s activities.7. Everyday night time need to make daily work summary report & next day plan to higher management team.
