★Follow-up sales achievement by communicating with the sales team★Compile daily, monthly, quarterly sales record after closing.★Keep all types sales records of previous year and update monthly reports.★Collect and compile all expenses (TA/DA, Loan, Tour Bill) from sales team.★Follow-up route plans of the sales team & generate report on daily basis.★ Conduct market analysis and generate reports. ★ Ensure proper documentation of dealers: Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, NID Copy, Bank Statement, etc.★Analyze new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals, and recommend accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:1. Channel-wise product demand and product distribution planning.2. Stock management, campaign design, and pricing for aging stock relocation and old stock liquidation. 3. Assist in distribution transformation, channel development, distribution mapping, and planning. 4. Assist in retail-wise monthly sales target preparation (Sell-in & Sell-Out). 5. Monthly placement target and NPPI target (New product placement target) preparation.6. Sales support and operation process development. 7. Data integration, importing, transformation, and creating formulas for related tables to prepare dashboard, data modeling, and data analysis using excel.8. Daily basis credit vs. stock, product sell-out, lifting & stock analysis, and communication. 9. Preparation of stock norms, inventory & retail-wise stock reports.10. Retail-wise product order collection from POS and ERP systems. 11. Data importing, processing, and uploading from one system to another.

Key responsibilities:• Maintaining Riders of 15 zones inside and outside Dhaka and Follow up with their activities along with hub.• Meeting daily, weekly, Monthly A to R, P to D SLAs.• Planning & Succeeding every campaigns.• Maintain Rider roster and other capacity updates • Maintain Rider and other resource updates • Calling Restaurants and Customers through Xcally for any kind of issues • Maintaining Rider delivery route • Receive and deposit cash to the company bank accounts Achievements: Can meet SLAs about 95-98% on almost every target. Enhanced Communications and Leadership skills Issue resolution
