Current- Responsible for large scale purchasing of all requirements for goods and services for all of the divisions assigned to the North Carolina Department of Administration (DOA)

- Complete, review and ensure all procurement documents and actions are processed in accordance with regulations, NC General Statutes and Administrative code using NCAS and NC E-Procurement @ Your Service.
- Administers the bidding process and contracts for compliance with established limits, evaluates bids, recommends vendors as allowed, and conducts bid meetings to secure items or services within budget and compliance.
- Oversees the Department's participation in the State Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) whereby all written Requests for Quotations, Requests for Proposals and Invitations for Bid are advertised for competitive.
- Regulation of the DOA Procurement Card program.
