Current• Produce Daily, weekly, and monthly Primary & Secondary sales performance reports for various distribution channels that will be used by Customer Management to manage sales performance and productivity. • Attending mails and handling daily correspondence independently. • Automated data generating and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Develop consistency across reports and build meaningful reports & dashboards to provide insights to management. • Provided strong reporting and analytic information support to the Customer Management team, Commercial Development team, Nutrition Team, Channel Team & Sales Field Representatives. • Worked on ad hoc tasks as necessary to support the team and business needs. • Responsible for data crunching & analyzing data collected from various sources. • Preparing Macro based excel reports & Dashboards in Power BI. • Preparing S.A.P BO Webi based report to provide sales data to different stakeholders in automated way by scheduled report bursting. • Recommend MIS improvements for better efficiency and consistency. • Analyze business information to identify process improvements & Coordinate -with appropriate cross-functional departments.
