TESARO is an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with cancer. • Effectively recruit across both R&D and Commercial organizations (permanent/FT)• Successfully helped to hire 203 individuals during 2015 calendar year• Effectively manage 20-40+ openings at any given time• Assist with the execution of reporting and metrics for the HR/recruiting function• Maintain tracking document for organizational and reporting needs• Partner with Hiring Managers and functional Executives to gain a strong understanding of their business and talent requirements, consult on sourcing strategies, identify profile and job specifications and devise recruiting strategy – current and forecasted hiring needs• Full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing to presentation of offer• Manage third party recruitment agencies from initial kick-off to creation/presentation of offer• Phone screen and assess candidates presented to hiring managers for competence, background and skills, as well as overall ability to thrive in the organization• Participate in all onsite interviews, facilitate consensus meetings to receive candidate feedback and determine next steps with candidates/third party recruiters.• Provide salary consultation to management and present/negotiate offers with candidates/external recruiters• Meet regularly with hiring managers to provide progress updates on requisition status, calibrate on targeted candidate profiles, seek out feedback on quality of candidate(s) presented and align on potential changes in course of action and next steps as necessary• Work in partnership with appropriate HRBP during offer creation – ensure all offers are within internal equity and competitive against market standards• Maintain communication with HR and recruiting partners re: status of recruitment process across the organization• Assist in the design and implementation of first applicant tracking systemAwards: Spot Award, Q3 2015
