Current• Define the Installation methods for product lines released in the country based on the group guidelines. • Test on site any new Group process in the KG to identify gaps based on local industry uses or legal requirements or constraints.• Participate in Pre series & Zero series installations for new products & amendment to ensure all corrections are reported in proper databases & corrections are done. Interact with other functions & align with the project schedules.• Evaluate standard hours, if necessary based on external time assessment, to ensure seamless acceptation by the workforce and their representatives.• Conduct operational analysis of results and deviations (KG and Branch level) and establish actions to close variances.• Evaluate and implement the provided processes, tools, etc. (sales, installation, logistics).• Be key user of the Field Management Tool (IPT) and facilitate appropriate training, when needed. Operational responsibility for IPT is within FO• Identify internal BDP’s and deploy them as part of the continuous improvement• Collaborate with Documentation & Field Information department to adequately document all developments both in NI installation methods.• Maintains updates and improves the company technical archive, whether it is physical or digital, available for queries from any employee• Takes ownership of the Technical Database within the KG, ensuring completeness and data quality over time. This includes not only existing data, but data related to new entries and related to recoveries / captures.
