Starting with a 6-month internship, i worked on various change projects at D&B. Tasks included developing and testing predictive models and surveys for a variety of behaviours, coding and analysing data through SPSS to identify the key drivers for behavioural change and developing tailored behavioural change interventions.

During my master degree in Behavioural Change I was a member of the board for student association B-Change. Tasks included general management of the student association, leading and coordinating committees, promotion of events and developing and maintaining the website.

During this 6-month internship I researched various determinants that could increase the amount of people opening a newsletter of the AFM. Through A/B-testing and analyzing the data through Google Analytics, I tested different headlines for the newsletter aimed at 1) invoking curiosity, 2) emphasizing the opportunity for gaining knowledge and 3) decreasing cognitive load of the reader. The intervention that was aimed at invoking curiosity was most effective.

AthenaStudies offers various trainings on exam preparation and has a passing rate of 87%. During my time at AthenaStudies I taught students courses on statistics to help them prepare for their exams. As head lecturer it was my responsibility to develop these courses.
