The Data Store is built upon Databricks, and fully utilizes the cloud-based functionality found in AWS. The Data Access Authorization service implements an Attribute-Based Access Control for all data in the Data Store. Implementation is a combination of 3rd party and internally-written services.As a senior member of the CDA team, I have a team of direct reports who develop and support the Core Data platform, and set of analytical tools used by thousands of NIBR scientists globally.
