Senior leader critical to enable the organization to deliver on the Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) Initiative. The RRP team is responsible for leading, directing and ensuring completion of the firm-wide RRP technology plans and projects with primary responsibility for the development and execution of strategic technology programs in support of Resolution Planning initiatives. Responsibilities include the following:•Partner with technology, business lines and support groups to lead and develop technical solutions in support of Resolution and Recovery initiatives. •Provide support for and input to sections of the Resolution and Recovery plans, including its strategic, narrative, and data elements. •Strategic evaluation and application of complex and rapidly evolving regulatory requirements and expectations. •Communication with and responding to questions from management, Resolution Office, internal auditors and risk groups.•Enterprise-wide coordination with other technology and business partners, including those within or in support of Corporate Finance, Corporate Treasury, Wholesale, WBR, Community Banking, Corporate Risk, other key impacted business lines and support groups.

Joined the Wells Fargo team in 2006 with the direction to create a net new Development, Business Analysis, and ProjectManagement team to support brand new in-house developed applications in support of Enterprise Compliance RiskManagement; this included defining and implementing a strategy for building a team consisting of Wells Fargo IndiaServices (WFIS) from the ground up as well as creating the appropriate mix of base/incremental resources in the UnitedStates.
