The Usher Syndrome Coalition now supports families in 72 different countries. As Chairman, I delivered a Congressional Briefing on Usher Syndrome in 2015.

Founded the Decibels Foundation. Decibels provides support to families of children with hearing loss and trains mainstream teachers on teaching techniques for students with hearing loss in the Boston area. The Decibels Foundation won a CLASSY award for non-profit excellence in 2011.
