About coLearningcoLearning builds project-based learning communities around technology, design, and business innovation. Our 12-week courses move learning out of individual isolation into collective communities where participants are challenged by area professionals and peers. Beyond formal instruction, coLearners support each other in being better communicators, collaborators and experience more diverse perspectives.

The Glendora Education Foundation (GEF) is a working group of parents, businesses, and community members committed to providing vital support toward the enrichment of every student’s education. As the director of development, I lead our board efforts to expand the foundation, broaden community investment, and implement new strategies to engage our constituents.

As Senior Director, I was responsible for the overall direction and development of the Center for Student Action, a collection of offices and programs educating and mobilizing students toward service in the local, national, and international community. This included local and national service opportunities, partnerships in Mexico, international short-term experiences, study abroad programs, international student programming, and post-graduate immersion experiences.

Supporting students in their self-discovery of their unique strengths and talents that can applied to relevant skills necessary for effective leadership.

I oversaw the University service requirement for undergraduate students with a focus on creating service experiences in the local Azusa and greater Los Angeles area. The Office of Ministry and Service (MAS) exists to educate and mobilize the APU undergraduate community toward an active response in service that advances the work of God in the world. This includes a strong commitment to educational programming connected to justice and reconciliation.
