Functions in an advisory capacity to the company in overall IT aspects as part of the broader digital transformation initiatives. Responsible in spearheading the company’s digital transformation initiatives which includes planning and supervision on IT infrastructure upgrades, cyber security assessments and mitigation's, e-commerce website development, implementation of cloud based solutions using Amazon Web Servces ('AWS'), continuous web attack monitoring, conduct secure programming training for internal developers and CRM system development with omni-channel capabilities.

Responsible for managing and conducting cyber security assessments, source code reviews, IT gap assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and IT audits for various government and FSI clients in Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia and Indonesia.

Responsible for the overall planning, enhancement, execution and monitoring of MSS services for various clients (such as Employees Provident Fund, Great Eastern Insurance, Universiti Teknologi Mara, and more).

Attached to Pemantauan Rangkaian ICT Sektor Awam ('PRISMA') project as ICT Security Expert Advisor to the Malaysian Government. It is a centralized ICT security command center that provides round the clock (24x7) ICT security monitoring and support services to more than 170 public agencies and statutory bodies. Holds a wide range of responsibilities which includes, supervising project's deliverable mainly security monitoring & forecasting, vulnerability assessment, security training, penetration testing & incident handling.

Responsible for the overall planning, executing, monitoring and management of MSS services for various FSI clients', MSS service offering enhancements and improvements, as well as the tender preparation and technical pre-sales activities.

Attached to a consultancy project to develop the Saudi Arabian Computer Emergency Response Team ('CERT-SA') under Communication and Information Technology Commission ('CITC') of Saudi Arabia. Main responsibilities include the formation of SCAN’s services for Saudi Arabia and Middle East operations, technical pre-sales activities, and providing training related to the project.

Senior Security Consultant & Acting Head of Managed Security Services. Responsible for spearheading the formation of Managed Security Services ('MSS') unit as a new service offering for the company. Security Operation Center ('SOC') for financial service institutions ('FSI') was also established under this unit. Also responsible for handling and execution of security consultancy projects ranging from Security Posture Assessment, Incident Response and Handling, to Security Training Program, technical pre-sales and tender preparation activities.

Responsible for the design and development of SCAN’s security consultancy services, execution of security consultancy projects ranging from Security Posture Assessment, Incident Response and Handling to Security Training Program, and the setup of network and IT infrastructure.Instructor to the following IT & IT security courses:- Introduction to UNIX- UNIX System Administration and Security - Basic Penetration Testing- Incident Handling and Response- Incident Response and Digital Forensics- Log Analysis

Responsible for the installation, configuration, management, administration and maintenance of server & security for Kulim HighTech Park’s community website, Domain Name Server (DNS) and web-based email.
