The Department of Biochemistry at IPB University (Institut Pertanian Bogor) is a leading academic and research institution in Indonesia, specializing in the study of biochemistry. The department is equipped with modern laboratories and facilities that support a wide range of biochemical research.During my term, I had responsibilities to : • Coordinated 12 trainees to performing basic laboratory skills such as pipetting, pH measurement, solvent dilution, balancing sample and many more• Supervised 12 trainees in performing enzyme isolation, purification and characterization for 1 semester (6 months)• Demonstrated enzyme characterization method using SDS-PAGE technique to +90 trainees
