Pro Progressione is a Budapest-based artistic hub that connects people, professions and ambitions by designing international collaborations in the field of culture. From this combination, creative ideas emerge – artists, cultural activists, scientists and experts of various fields meet and give cutting-edge answers for the questions of our age.We focus our capacities on the fields where we aim to have a positive long-term impact, thus Pro Progressione is built up on four main pillars, PP Social, PP Cult, PP Arts, and PP Sound. As the leader of the Arts Pillar, I'm responsible for national and international collaborations and co-creations mainly with individuals and groups in the field of performing arts.

I coach and support the work of youth aged 13 to 17 in various projects within the frames of child participation and child rights.

As a co-leader of the independent theatre company called MáSzínház, I had to switch frequently between my artistic self and the one who solves practical challenges agily. The members of MáSzínház are young adults challenged by intellectual difficulties, theatre professionals, and volunteers. Our drama games aim at personality improvement, making and maintaining connections. The participants turn from being passive viewers into active creators and controllers the events, and this way they will be able to communicate the most essential information about themselves towards society.I'm really proud about that I was able to extend inclusive approach over the creation process, to organizational and collective decision-making as well.

The mission of Nyitott Kör is to improve communities and competencies through theatre in education, and open new aspects particularly for young people to become dynamically balanced persons with themselves, their environment, and society. We would like to assist them to be able to helping each other, dealing with their conflicts, and focusing their energy on a common goal.

The Institute For Intercultural Psychology and Education's MA Program is one of the few of its kind in Europe. It's strongly committed to interdisciplinary studies with a focus on psychological and educational issues. Focusing on the human dimensions of intercultural issues and interactions while giving ample consideration to their global context distinguishes the Program from macro-historical, macro-political or macro-sociological approaches.In addition to theoretical knowledge, the Program provides plenty of opportunities for students to do field work, to gain field experience and develop their skills in real-life situations. Developing competence in drama and theatre as education is central to my course, and students provided with a foundation on how to use this methods in intercultural education.

Magyar Theatre's company started in August 22, 1837 as the first major Hungarian-language theatrical company in the city. In 2013, the theatre management decided that their theatre has to be a more opened space for youth.Me and my collague had the opportunity to establish the theatre-in-education department and build new realitionships with schools and the children within.

As an intercultural trainer I got involved into the special project of Civil Works Assocation. In our society every member of any group that is considered and treated as a minority by the dominant groups and therefore has less oportunities is in danger of being hurt phisically and mentally. The school is an important reflection of the society according to moral and social issues as well as general attitudes.The video group of the Civil Works Associaton observed the problem with the tools of moviemaking asking the question: what would you do if one had been bothered on the street near you only for his/her different color, lifestyle or sexual orientation?I built and educational program for adolescence based on their videos.

Bárka was one of the most interesting alternative theatres in Hungary - and also a pioneer in the field of youth theatre. I had the pleasure to work here not just as an actor, but also as a theatre pedagogy who reached out to the young audience after the performances.
