As SME and Asst SimOps officer of Army Wargame Centre I performed some overlapping duties. Some of the duties are:a. Exercise design, development and delivery at Bde/Div levelb. Plan and executed CAX operator training.c. Training officers (240 till Aug 17) and operators (57 till Aug 17) on wargame simulation system as SME on SWORD.d. Creating CAX package and running the simulation.e. Asses the exercise data for lessons and troubleshooting.f. Maintain area, entity database and servers, Troubleshoot, implement new entity and behavior.

As pioneer member of Army Wargame Centre, I contributed in designing, implementation and configuration SWORD Database, Hardware systems related to simulation. Audio Visual presentation systems and installation infrastructure.Some of my duties are :a. Plan and executed CAX operator distribution.b. Work as Battle Captain to smoothly conduct the exercise. Asses the exercise data for lessons and troubleshooting.c. Prepare After Action Review(AAR) for training objective implementation assesmentc. Doctrinal Integration and “Kill Formula” for AWGSS.d. Design and customization of MOOTW CAX training package.(Experimental work)e. Design and customization of UN pre-deployment CAX training package.

In this appointment I was staff of Commanding Officer and responsible for the following :a. Ensure security of the regimental members and assets b. Responsible for training and welfare of officers &troops in my regimentc. Implement guidelines of Commanding Officer

In this appointment I was staff to the commandant of the Centre and School. Some duties I performed are :a. Assist commandant in running the school and centre.b. Co-ordinate training for officers and troops in the school.c. Co-ordinate yearly budget planning and demand.d. Arrange conferences and yearly Commanding Officers Conference.e. Plan and arrange meetings.

In this appointment I was commander and responsible for the well being of troops. My duty included following :a. Responsible for training and welfare of troops in my squadronb. Implement guidelines of Commanding Officerc. Ensure maintenance and battle worthiness of my Tank Fleet.

In these appointments my duty in multi cultural teams included following:a. Implement UN peace support operation b. Establish rapport with rebel leaders. c. Collect, collate and asses intelligence data for incident prediction and regular reporting to UN Headquarters.d. Manage UNMO team and duty roster management.e. Plan and arrange meetings and briefing sessions

In this appointment I was national database administrator and part of a team responsible for following: a. Collect, collate and merge bio-metric data of whole Bangladesh. b. Data cleaning and troubleshooting.c. Fix problems in data centers established in various places of Bangladesh.

As Project Officer(Administration & Training) performed some overlapping duties.Some of the duties are:a. Recruit and train teams of data entry operators(120) and technical managers(12) on newly developed Voter ID registration software and process in "Sripur Pilot Project".b. Plan and execute management of voter ID registration Center.c. Recruit and train Operators for next phase pilot project.d. Train the future trainers and operator recruiters in Bangladesh Election Commission.

Ensure regular maintenance of all vehicles.c. Plan, demand and ensure availability of POL for all vehicles.d. Ensure training for all drivers and maintenance personnel.e. Participated in Anti- terrorism & Anti-narcotics Operation named “Operation Clean Heart” as a Team Leader.

As troop leader my duty was to look after the battle worthiness and administration of my troop members and tanks.
