In addition to overseeing the progression and vision of mIQroTech, I was highly involved in the initial conception of the flagship product, mIQroAware; from coding to electrical engineering, I did it all with the help of my incredible team. The mIQroAware solution, was envisioned and put together by algorithmic code I had created, on day one, for both the AI and IoT components. As of Q1 2021, mIQroTech is a $50MM venture that has raised capital through VC and private equity where we are continuing to disrupt the industry.

Information Technology OfficerAdvanced Upstream Solutions May 2015 - Jul 2016Managing the maintenance on existing systems, hardware engineering and development, as well as the progression of software technology were just some of the duties required. Focusing on databasing and logging information given via live feed from internally designed internet of things technology, and leading the “SMART project” which produced the most revenue for the company. Additionally, overseeing marketing and logistics, such as serial number identification principles were some of the other hats worn. Software packages created were both for internal use as well as use by customers, so user interface and general usability was incredibly important to the design. Budgeting for these projects was also crucial in this role. This firm became my third successful exit within a mid-stage company.

Co-FounderTclabz Aug 2015 - May 2016Houston, San Francisco, Calgary, UsCreating the N+ Database that is now being used to track healthcare, energy, government, and any data in between. This project allowed for the real time data capture, encryption, and analytics of highly sensitive data. In addition, it proved to be a marketable concept and gave TCLabz a huge name in data collection. Offering a platform to seamlessly upload spreadsheet style files (.xml,.csv,.xlsx,.xlsm, ect.), as well as to gather real-time data from off-premise sensor technology, allowed customers to visualize their data like never before. Internet of Things technology development became a substantial resource for this data gathering and was a primary focus of research until the eventual restructure of the company during acquisition. -
Information Technology OfficerIron-Pro Llc Dec 2014 - Apr 2016Overseeing the development, maintenance, and update of industry renowned databases, hydrostatic pressure testing modules, proprietary software, and collaboration tools was a day-to-day requirement. Additionally, achieving a Google Partner status gave the latest insights to state of the art technology that helped keep Iron-Pro, LLC on the cutting edge. Upon acquiring this role, development and operating costs were reduced by over 50% in my first year while increasing production and efficiency within the company. This role was held until the company's eventual sale where the technology advancements I oversaw increased the company value significantly. Iron-Pro was acquired in 2016 by DFW Heavy Duty under the new brand name AW Flow Products.

Responding to hypovolemic shock as well as shock due to sodium citrate reactions was also part of work. In addition, becoming one of the leaders in the EHS committee required audits to be preformed, equipment inspected, and center scanned for safe practices. Constant maintenance on machines was another task preformed in this position.Trying to push beyond the status quo, a unique logistics software platform was created which streamlined the donation process. By routing the donors through the facility in an efficient manner, time was saved, employee stress was reduced, all of which lead to huge efficiencies noted in the facility. This concept was taken company wide and has become a staple in the donation process. -
