My org is a centralized data analytics and engineering team (40+ members) , supporting diverse business units like Manufacturing, Environment Health and Safety, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Insurance, Human Resource, Product analytics, etc.• Led team of program managers and product managers to accomplish key program objectives and execute critically, high visibility, time-sensitive projects across Tesla.• Represented 35-40-member org to support all kinds of data engineering and analytics projects.• Consolidated various data efforts, products and projects across Tesla to increase efficiency and scale the program.• Built end-to-end, one-stop-shop data engineering, analytics & AI product (product vision, design and execution).• Spearheaded multiple major enterprise-level platform and application upgrades (program strategy, planning, and execution).• Data localization initiative - migration of entire data/analytics stack & data pipelines for global reporting.• Led multiple initiatives for maturing the data/analytics program at Tesla:o Future Analytics @ Tesla: Based on the leadership’s plan, devised a long-term strategy for the future of analytics at Tesla and matured the program & products to meet the objectives.o Global Data privacy program: Led Tesla's Global data privacy program in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Information-Security.o Architecture Review Board (ARB): Formalized and structured the process of ARB.
