After a successful career in professional services, as well as being a teacher and working for a start-up, I launched an executive coaching practice. While at Arthur Andersen, I was part of the International Tax group and was responsible for focusing on delivering the Firm's Global Tax resources to it's largest clients all over the United States. I was successful in winning business at several Fortune 500 companies resulting in millions of dollars in new business.

Meridian is Global provider of International VAT services. I was one of the first employees hired to assist in planning and implementing Meridian's entry into the US. I was responsible for building up the Sales & Marketing function from 4 to more than 25 employees resulting in dramatic growth for the company. I personally served several Fortune 50 companies and directed and managed their VAT refund process resulting in cash refunds in excess of $5M.
