The Twitch Unity Guilds is a program for networking, development, and celebration that includes funding, branding, and a dedicated Discord space. Guilds provide historically underserved streamers with: opportunities to build their communities on Twitch; a safe, welcoming community space in which to connect, network, and learn about opportunities; mentorship programs; and tools for career development that can help streamers get paid doing what they love.Twitch Unity Guild Leaders manage communities of creators in private Discord servers, plan events to uplift and highlight Unity Guild members, and advocate for the needs and voices of marginalized creators on Twitch. Guild Leaders ensure that Unity Guild spaces are productive, safe, and enjoyable, as well as facilitate creators connecting and thriving through meaningful collaboration.
