Meadow Hall works for Boston University Epidemiology Department as a Research Assistant. They work under Dr. Collette Ncube, an assistant professor at Boston University in the Epidemiology department. Meadow is a representative on the Student Advisory Council for Harvard University Employee's Credit Union. Meadow spent the summer of 2022 in an internship with the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) in Lisbon, Portugal. She boarded their research vessel and aided in their fisheries research for 26 days. In addition, Meadow spent time in Bocas del Toro, Panama studying coral reef invertebrates with Dr. Gonzalo Giribet, Director of the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard University. In her hometown, Meadow worked with the County Clerk's office to run voting polls during the 2020 elections. She is very passionate about voters' rights and was able to create a well-running environment so that voters could vote prior to the closing of the polls.
