Meagan Bachman’s practice focuses on contract disputes and complex commercial and construction issues in both litigation and arbitration. Ms. Bachman consults on matters of litigation strategy and regularly represents clients in international arbitration and mediation matters relating to major construction and infrastructure projects, particularly in the Middle East region. Domestically, Ms. Bachman has significant experience litigating actions at both the trial and appellate level. She has represented clients in many federal matters, including Constitutional challenges to federal agency rule-makings and other actions. Ms. Bachman has in-depth knowledge of applicable federal procedural rules, jurisdictional requirements and available remedies. She works closely with clients to craft effective litigation strategies. Ms. Bachman has extensive experience representing both sovereign and private parties in construction, commercial, corporate and employment matters and arbitrations mediations pursuant to the rules of International Chamber of Commerce International Commercial Court, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, American Arbitration Association and JAMS and in federal and state litigation.
