Working at Pine Cove Crier Creek this Summer helped me grow in multiple ways. Early hours and dependability were further honed into my daily life. My diversity with communication skills were further excelled because it was a family camp. I truly understand how it works to communicate with a child and how that differs from an adult and am successful at both. One of the most important things I learned was how to have an enjoyable time with others while also maintaining their respect as a leader.

I started working at Chick-fil-A at 16 and learned very quickly what it means to be a team player. I worked in close proximity to guests and learned how to treat people with kindness and respect, even when they are not affording me the same courtesy. Being able to think on your feet and make decisions fast are needed when working in a fast-paced environment like Chick-fil-A.
