CurrentPermitting and Certifications Management:Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and certifications for divers, company, certificates of insurance, port notifications, etc.Keep track of permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.People OperationsFacilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including communication with relevant unions and tracking diver trial periods.Facitate performance review process for career development.Coordinate employee promotions and maintain records of employee reviews.Logistics Coordination:Make travel arrangements and coordinate all logistical matters for incoming and outgoing travelers.Ensure timely communication with agents, port authorities, and clients regarding travel plans and vessel boarding requests.Training Management:Oversee the management of monthly online company training.Assist the Safety, Health, and Training (SAT) Officer in delegating training tasks and tracking employee compliance.Compliance Coordination:Maintain coordination with compliance websites such as PEC, Veriforce, Avetta, ISN network, etc.Ensure that all compliance requirements are met and documentation is up to date.Collaboration with Operations Managers:Work closely with Operations Managers to track job needs, personnel requirements, and corporate compliance standards.Provide support in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
