Including but not limited to Requests for Production, Motions for Summary Judgment, Entries of Appearance, Motions to Withdraw, Exhibit creation, and Motions to Stay. -Filing of pleadings via ECF and the NextGen system in various Federal courts including the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, Eastern District of Texas, Northern District of California, and Northern District of Minnesota.-Filing of pleadings via Case.net -Scheduling of Depositions with court reporting services.-Trial Preparation and support for two different federal court trials.-Management of Timekeepers time in 3e.-Chrome River expense and invoice entry.-Travel booking -Filing of IPRs, and PGRs with Patent Trial and Appeal Board e2e.-Filing of Trademark Trial and Appeal Board pleadings.Intellectual Property Prosecution Experience-Preparation and Filing of US Provisional Utility, Non-Provisional Utility, Non-Provisional Design, and US National Phase Patent Applications with the USPTO.-Preparation and filing of Information Disclosure Statements, Amendments, Petitions, and various other documents for filing with the USPTO.-Reporting of USPTO filings to Clients and sending clients documents for execution, including but not limited to, inventor’s Declarations, Assignments, and Powers of Attorney.-Use of PATTSY for docket management-Filing of Track One Applications with the USPTO-Knowledgeable in both EFS filing and Patent Center filing with the USPTO-Communication with foreign associates regarding invoices-Entry of Invoices into Chrome River -Only LAA firm wide with PTAB and prosecution experience.
