As the FSW GSA Contract Manager, I handle our GSA Schedule additions, updates and general upkeep, in addition to handling all quotes, sales and service requests for Government Customers. I also manage our relationship with the GSA and our Federal and State Government Customers and ensure that we give a fantastic customer experience to build lasting customer relationships. My additional duties include large project management and quoting, along with application focused equipment recommendations. I also assist with Invoicing; Accounts Payable and Receivables for GSA and other Partnership Solution divisions.

As a Commercial Account Manager, my duties were to seek and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, answer phone calls, emails and any questions regarding restaurant equipment, supplies and processes. This included making recommendations and selling the right restaurant equipment for the right application. My goal was to give a consistently amazing customer experience when purchasing restaurant equipment from FSW, whether it be for a spoon or an ice machine.

During my role as a CSR for FoodServiceWarehouse.com, my duties included fulfillment of purchase orders, detail-oriented data entry, answering phones and giving the best support to customers, as well as the Account Managers selling them equipment and supplies. I handled freight damages and claims, order fulfillment, cancellations and returns, replacement orders, and was a shipping liaison between customers, couriers and warehouses.
