-Design various email campaigns to communicate crucial information to the board, KDP members, chapter leaders, and possible partners through the use of Higher Logic’s platform, Informz. -Managing the annual chapter awarding process for chapters that go above and beyond with their chapter programming, which included in-person facilitation in KDP’s conference, Convocation, shipping coordination, social media copy, and official communication for congratulation to all winning chapters.-Facilitating the collection of content for the monthly leadership newsletter to help guide chapter officers into best practices, provides helpful insight into the organization’s headquarters operations, and offers networking opportunities for the leaders.-Successfully transitioned all hard copies of chapter historical information to Docuware. -Updating out-of-date procedures to streamline chapter record-keeping-Building a new benefits program to offer members Professional Liability Insurance to our whole membership-Effectively transition chapters from check-usage to ACH Transactions-Communicating the solicitation, progress, and completion of the necessary financial report.
