In 2018 I graduated with my Master's Degree at East Carolina University in Business Administration. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science at Coastal Carolina University in Health Promotion and Sociology. I have over 15 years of Customer Service experience and 7 years of Human Resources and Operations experience. I am currently the Human Resources Director for a busy Optometrist office with 6 locations. I focus on full-cycle employee recruitment from the hiring to the exit interviews. I also work as a trainer and guide for our managers in each location. I work closely with them to help them provide support to their staff in all different aspects.
