While at College SA, I was appointed as a content writer and educational qualification designer. I designed the course content and qualification for Event Management on a N3-5 level according to the Unit standards on the National Qualifications Framework. The qualification was geared towards distance learning with the goal realtime exposure to the market through practical engagement with industry that was worked into various assessment tasks.

I engaged with students regarding their career development goals. I assisted them with decisions and outcomes by helping them to determine the relevant qualification selection and steps to take to achieve their career goals. I provided advice and training on study methods and facilitated students problem-solving and solution creation for unique challenges that distance learning students face.
