As an Associate Director of Sales at FLUENT Cannabis, I lead a team of sales managers and trainers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the medical cannabis industry. I leveraged my sales operations skills to optimize processes, systems, and strategies, and to grow FLUENT to $96M in revenue over the last 2 years. I also used my communication and sales management skills to coach, motivate, and empower my team, and to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. With a BA in Sociology and a minor in Innovation from the University of Florida, I have a unique perspective on the social and cultural aspects of the cannabis market, and the ability to generate and implement creative and effective solutions. I have over 5 years of experience in the cannabis industry, starting as a General Manager at FLUENT Cannabis, where I oversaw the daily operations, inventory, and staff of a dispensary, and then progressing to a Sales & Training Manager, where I developed and delivered training programs and materials for the sales force. I am passionate about the mission of FLUENT Cannabis, which is to provide high-quality, consistent, and reliable cannabis products and services to patients and customers, and to educate and advocate for the benefits and potential of cannabis.
