My long association with education together with the skills developed in my current role as Dean of Student Wellbeing and former roles of College Wellbeing Coordinator, Pastoral Leader, House Guardian, secondary and primary teaching experience have provided me with a strong capacity to make a significant contribution to any College.I have experience in the role of Teacher, Middle School Leader, Pastoral Leader (Clare House Guardian), College Wellbeing Coordinator and more recently Dean of Student Wellbeing. I believe I have always demonstrated highly effective leadership and management skills across all levels of these positions.
