St. Luke's Foundation provides innovative support to advance compassionate patient care, research and community health. As a Development Associate, I engage philanthropic partners and develop stewardship strategies that support our mission. My focus areas include: annual giving, grateful patient program, Spirit of St. Luke’s Annual Employee Giving Campaign, corporate sponsorships and external events.

As a member of the Human Resources team, I served as a resource for hiring managers for the recruitment and selection process, retention initiatives and workforce development. I focused on building effective and collaborative relationships throughout the region, within the healthcare industry, business sector, educational institutions and community organizations.

In 2015, my role evolved from Recruiting & Development Coordinator to Director of Recruiting & Marketing for the Duluth District Office.
