I am a warm and welcoming individual who believes in taking a strengths-based approach to therapy by helping clients to find their positive qualities and use those to overcome life's problems. I enjoy taking a holistic approach to therapy in order to assist in improving all areas of the client's life including their psychological, social, physical, spiritual, emotional, environmental, occupational, and intellectual well-being. I also believe in exploring the root of problems in order to figure out where behaviors, attitudes, or beliefs came from. I believe that every client should be looked at through a new lens but tend to utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, adlerian, and reality therapy. I am truly passionate about this work and am eager to learn more about the human mind and about being the best counselor I can be.
