Meagan Gallagher, MBA is a Nonprofit Executive with over 20 years of experience working and volunteering with non-profit organizations. Meagan is currently the Director of Programs at OCA, A Special Place for Special Needs. During the pandemic she served as the Executive Director of the Tijuana Flats Just In Queso Foundation, where she spent time reviving the organization to shift its focus to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts during that tumultuous time period. Meagan has significant experience in nonprofit organizations, consulting, human resource management, curriculum development, training, executive presentations, project management, volunteer management, leadership, event planning, fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility. Meagan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College and a Master’s in Business Administration through the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business where she received the prestigious Martin Bell scholarship given annually to one nonprofit executive. She is currently enrolled in Crummer’s Executive Doctorate in Business Administration program where she is concentrating her research in corporate social responsibility related to employee engagement. She holds a Certificate in Leadership Practice, Volunteer Management and Non-Profit Management through the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership. She is the recipient of many accolades including the American Red Cross Hero Award and the Nazareth Academy Pillar of Unity. Meagan is an active volunteer with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Best Buddies Florida, and a board member for the nonprofit organizations; Each 1 Teach 1 and the Florida Juvenile Justice Foundation, INC.
