On the job, I would assist others in managing job ads related to any vacant positions. I would recruit job seekers who were looking and interested in warehouse positions. I would then schedule and conduct interviews with the individuals I screened applications for as well as make hiring decisions. I would also assist new hires to navigate any new hire paperwork and answer any questions they had throughout the interview process.

Throughout this internship, I helped reformat PowerPoint presentations to create a cohesive learning tool. I also ensured that all employees, customers, and partners had appropriate access to the OneStream Academy tool. I also created new learning tools to assist with comprehension of OneStream concepts throughout the training and learning process.
