“Research is creating new knowledge.” As the Consumer Insights Manager for Sonic at Inspire Brands, curiosity and hard work are at the forefront of every new project. My goal as a researcher is to bring to light information that can make our consumers' lives simpler and more enjoyable. For me, the most exciting part is seeing the end result of our research help guide our teams' decisions. Seeing my contributions and recommendations in action is truly a fulfilling feeling. Before joining Inspire Brands in 2021, I worked as a contractor for Cigna for a year, supporting their concept testing and brand health tracking programs. Prior to that, I led the Market Research team at RaceTrac for 6 years, with projects both in-house and vendor managed that mainly supported our Marketing, Food Programs & Offers, and Operations teams. While in college, I interned with the Georgia Tech Athletic Association and Newell Rubbermaid. I am a Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business graduate, with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Law, Science and Technology. Between the months of September and December, most Saturdays are spent cheering on the Yellow Jackets!I’m truly passionate about being the voice of the consumer and am always eager to connect with fellow market researchers and learn from their experiences.
