I am a principal in Sladen Legal's Business Law department, Melbourne and have a significant depth of understanding on all legal matters relating to the conduct of business and wealth creation. My particular knowledge of business law is complemented by my commercial acumen, which is used to deliver high-quality, actionable advice to businesses, high-net-worth individuals and the organisations that service them. I am a member of the Victorian Education Committee for the Taxation Institute of Australia, which is responsible for determining and managing the education program of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
