• Key Responsibilities:
• Programmatic audience development and insights - both utilising and enhancing DMS set-up
• Management of research supplier contracts and partnerships
• CMS website management
• Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) development and implementation (including database management)
• Constructing concise and relevant communication pieces for internal and external clients

• Key Responsibilities
• Researching the media consumption of target demographics in order to build and recommend media schedules which best allow the client to efficiently meet campagin KPIs.
• Negotiating rates based on client expenditure.
• Completing and taking responsibility for all weekly client invoicing, in addition to providing weekly and monthly reports (i.e. Forward booking reports, Activity Summaries, Expenditure Reports, Value Add reports).Key.
• Building rapport with clients, media representatives and creative agencies, via phone, email and in person.
• Developing the skills required to manage a large account, whilst still providing individual service to each of the contacts within that company.

• Key Responsibilities
• Liaising with media agencies and direct clients.
• Maintaining constant contact with current, previous and potential clients in order to sustain these relationships.
• Negotiating rates based on client expenditure, format booked and timing.
• Developing pro-active opportunities for clients and presenting the benefits to them.
• Delegating tasks to Account Co-ordinators to assist me in providing timely responses to clients.

• Liaising directly with clients and media representatives, I needed to build relationships with both in order to develop the best opportunities for my clients.
• Evaluating client briefs and returning finished schedules with sound recommendations.
• Negotiating rates based on client expenditure.
