Team and Culture Management -Built and trained a team of 15 direct reports andcoaches.-Perform on-going employee evaluations, including theresponsibility of hiring and dismissing coaches as needed.-Promote a positive work environment for employees by hosting monthly/quarterlymeetings including team events.Client Management --Communicate with clients daily to ensure a goodexperience.-Work with the corporate training team and provide necessaryfeedback to improve the product.-Educate and recruit prospective clients.Vendor and Inventory Management -Responsible for ordering allnecessary supplies utilized in studio including items sold for retail.-Provide oversight for service vendors including cleaning and repairsvendors.Finance & Accounting Administration -Maintain class and coach utilization reports on a weekly basis to ensure studio profitability.-Review monthly P&L with senior management to ensure studio performs asexpected and in-line with the budget.-Perform client account management.
