Front of House:-Perform ushering duties with precision, guiding patrons to their seats, providing assistance, and managing crowd flow during performances.-Operate the kiosk, selling relevant books and merchandise to enhance patrons' experience and contribute to the theatre's revenue stream.-Scan and validate tickets efficiently, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring smooth entry into the venue.-Answer general inquiries from patrons regarding show information, venue facilities, and other related topics, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming productions.-Distribute and assist patrons with the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs), ensuring accessibility and comfort for all attendees.-Respond to and resolve customer concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner, aiming to exceed patron expectations.Box Office Assistant:-Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with ticket purchases, exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.-Manage box office operations, including processing ticket sales through the ticketing system, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.-Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming performances and special events through various channels, contributing to increased audience engagement.-Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of ticketing-related tasks for productions, events, and subscription programs.-Conduct daily reconciliation of box office transactions, addressing discrepancies and maintaining financial accuracy.-Assist in the development and implementation of box office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.-Stay informed about the theatre's current and upcoming productions, providing accurate information to patrons and addressing any concerns or feedback.
