I currently lead a Sales Team in the Northeast enabling the success of our Customers in the Legal, Professional Services and Media & Entertainment Industries. My team and I partner with our customers to transform how they operate efficiently in a digital environment, serve their employees, connect with partners, and bring true value to their customers.Previously, I served our Financial Services Industry (FSI) organization as the Chief of Staff and Operations Lead in the US, leading a team of over 30 individuals while overseeing an org of over 1150 people, with responsibility for $7B+ in revenues. Prior to these roles, I have held a diverse array of roles from leading an Azure Data & AI Solutions Sales Team in Financial Services, leading a Commercial Executive team in SMC to deliver strategic, ethical and compliant deal making, as well as Account Management with our Enterprise Commercial customers. Given the variety of Leadership roles I’ve held across my 21+ years at Microsoft, I pride myself on the unique experience I have gained, which has enabled me to:1. Facilitated rolling out a Training program across our FSI organization based on Brene Brown’s “Dare to Lead” book.I live in Lancaster, PA with my husband, two sons, and 2 dogs (a male Great Pyrenees and a female Alaskan Malamute). When I’m not at work, I can usually be found watching my youngest son play sports for his final year in HS (wrestling, LAX and golf). My personal interests include getting outside to exercise (walking, biking, riding my ATV), serving as an assisting minister at my church (Ascension Lutheran) and participating in book club (est. 18+ years ago).
