Growing up I always knew I wanted to work in Psychology. That steamed from my passion to not only understand the actions people make but why they made them. This curiosity has lead me through several different job paths as a way of cultivating several skills sets. I began my professional career in human resources because of my interest in problem-solving, building relationships, and strategizing. I have serviced partner questions and action operational requests on a daily basis. As an HRSC Analyst, I have begun learning to be a jack of all trades to best serve whoever I'm helping. I have worked closely with other departments, including but not limited to Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Leaves and Disability, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
