I'm an experienced classroom teacher who is passionate about education. During my career, I have worked to foster an inclusive learning environment where students are set up to succeed. My personal goal is to create a classroom environment where students know they are valued and their voices matter.During my career, I have been lucky to work with a diverse group of learners. With these students, I have learned to successfully tailor my own teaching style to meet the needs of my students. With the use of data backed practices, technology, and a wide variety of instructional techniques, I have created a learning environment where all learning styles and capabilities are supported.As a teacher, and an aspiring administrator, I have recognized the importance of my own growth as a professional. I am sure to include reflection in my practice as an educator every day, whether it be: on my own work, on my students experiences in my classroom, or on modern educational initiatives.
