  While my most recent position was Administrative Assistant, I primarily worked with applicants from start to finish. I updated job postings, dispersed each for advertisement, communicate with each applicant (via email - paper trail for compliance proof), schedule and coordinate the multi step hiring process and begin the onboarding process until the Human Resources department took over. At any given time, I'd juggle at least 10 applicants for the four or five open positions throughout Public Safety. I believe in being my true, quirky self when talking to applicants and many have told me how it helps make them feel at ease and actually do better during the process.
