• Ensure safe, high quality, efficient program delivery, and camper experiences for ~2,000 overnight, day, and teen leadership campers• Oversee the promotion, recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of summer overnight and Vashon Day Camp along with Assistant Camp Director team and ~125 summer staff• Supervise $1.9 million departmental budget• Implement and continue to develop existing marketing and communications plans, initiatives, and development opportunities to recruit staff, campers, and connect alumni• Steward relationships with partners, vendors, and contractors
