Portfolio management of R&D preclinical and clinical programs:-Built strong partnerships with leads on 5 programs at various stages of clinical development (pre-clinical through Phase II) and optimized productivity with goal setting, project plans, streamlined meetings, and mobilizing workstream leads via strong interpersonal skills.-Evaluated feasibility, designed, and implemented an R&D actuals tracking system, effectively overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and mitigating budget allocation errors.-Coordinated SER-155 Phase I Cohort I microbiome endpoint readout execution, resulting in timely encouraging data and informing program continuation. -Managed both SER-109 Phase III and SER-301 Phase I microbiome readouts from data generation to analysis; one resulting in positive results leading to an approved therapeutic and the other informing UC strategy.

Helped advance microbiome therapeutics drug development by coordinating preparation & submission of both research & clinical projects to outside vendors for testing. Oversaw project budgets totaling $9.6M across 3 years.-Managed and fostered R&D vendor relationships to enhance communication and build transparency, resulting in improved data quality and collaboration. -Integrated all vendor project types into one documented process workflow, resulting in increased data integrity and posterity. -Co-created clinical microbiome PK/PD data release process which became the foundation for future clinical data release processes. -Advanced R&D data integration tools to expand the value of multi-omic datasets for biomarker and drug discovery, automating vendor data transfers, data processing, and reformatting data inputs for smooth downstream analysis.-Contributed towards the company's whole genome reference database by owning external strain qualification process and banking over 100 strains, which supported assay development and buildout of the MALDI-TOF library for Seres’ environmental monitoring program.
