As an Occupational Therapy Assistant student, I am passionate about providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. Graduating cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Public Health has laid a strong foundation for my work in healthcare. My experience includes teaching yoga to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, as well as clinical practice in pediatrics and infant feeding. I am particularly passionate about working with children, exploring the benefits of animal-assisted therapy, and supporting adults with traumatic injuries in their recovery journey.I am highly motivated, empathetic, and client-centered, with strong communication and teamwork skills. My goal is to empower individuals to engage in meaningful occupations that enhance their quality of life and well-being.
