Researching MLS and providing clients with residential and commercial listings based on their provided criteria. Arranging viewing appointments with listing agents and clients.

Client service, studio management and sales at premium brand portrait photography studio. Researching, planning and organizing Venture participation in charitable organizations and events. Managing internal business operations and aligning studio goals and expectations for both domestic and international facilities. Creating and executing new hire training programs to properly develop and educate photographers, design consultants and administrators on studio best practices, protocols and business standards. Working with internal account teams to efficiently manage and maintain client billing and bookkeeping. Connecting studio photographers and design consultants with clients on design and artwork selection as well as scheduling meetings and appointments.

Office management, pre-production including: estimates, location research & scouting, uploading images onto Iweb for clients and photographer, processing permits & insurance certificates, travel arrangements- air & ground, contacting major agencies to book model/stylist/hair & makeup/ groomer/tailor/prop stylist, preparing call sheets, and invoicing & billing, assistant coordinator on-set for studio & location shoots, updating & maintaining location library.
