With over nine years of work experience in finance and administration, I am the Manager of Finance and Human Resources at Career Services of Brockville, a non-profit organization that helps people find meaningful employment. In this role, I oversee the financial operations, budgeting, payroll, and human resources functions of the organization, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. I also work closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, providing financial reports, analysis, and recommendations. Previously, I was a Junior Accountant at Custom Decor Carpet One Floor & Home. I also have experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Newterra, a leading provider of water treatment solutions, where I supported the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for various projects and business units. I have a diploma in medical office management/administration from St. Lawrence College, where I graduated with honors and received the Academic Council Medal and the Dean's List Award. I have strong communication, administration, and time management skills, and I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of Career Services of Brockville. I am eager to leverage my financial and administrative expertise, as well as my interpersonal and organizational skills, to contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
